Order & Billing

• How will we be billed?

  For Starter and Porfessional editions on for monthly plans, you will be required to use a credit or debit card at the end of your trial period. For all other annual plans you will be invoiced with 15 day terms.

• How long until our Companion App is live?

  You can only Publish your Companion App once you are on a paid plan. After this you should expect 5-7 days from Publishing your Companion App to the Apple and Android stores before they are listed publicly for your users to download.

• Can we change Editions once we have purchased?

  It is possible to upgrade or downgrade your plan at the end of your contract period. Note you may lose access to some features/content types if you downgrade.

• Where can we find your Terms and Conditions?

• How do we cancel our subscription?

  Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of the contract period. You can cancel up to 30 days prior to the renewal date. Please see the Caddify Master Subscription for full terms.

Product & Services

• What is the difference between 'Basic', 'Essential' and 'Complete' content?

  Basic Content include Books, Collections and specific Media types. Essential Content adds all Media Types, Standard Guided Flows, Selectors and Calculators. Complete Content gives you access to all Content including Advanced Guided Flows, Selectors and Calculators.

• What is the difference between the 'Composer' and 'Publisher' User Licenses?

  The Composer licence type allows the user to both create & publish Content, as well as use the App Composer to design and publish your app. The Publisher Licence only allows the creation and publishing of Content.

• What are 'Daily Active Users' and how is this calculated?

  To allow maximum flexibility with the lowest cost, your Companion App users are not billed per user. Instead it is a usage based model whereby a 'Daily Usage' is consumed when a specific user interacts with your Companion App in any given 24 hour period. Multiple interactions by the same user within a 24 hour period only count once.

• Can I increase my 'Daily Usage' allowance for my Companion App Users?

  If you find that you are seeing higher Daily Usage than your current Edition allowance you can either upgrade your plan, or purchase additional 'Daily Usage' capacity.

• Is there a maximum number of Companion App Users?

  As standard there is a maximum of 1 million Companion App Users. Please speak to your Account Executive to discuss increasing this limit.

• Do we have to select a Quick Launch Plan?

  For Business and Enterprise editions a Quick Launch plan is required. For the Professional edition this is an optional extra.

• Do we have to select a Success Plan?

  For Business and Enterprise editions a Success plan is required. For the Professional edition this is an optional extra.
