Guided Flow – Components

This guide orients the user with the components of a Guided Flow. Alongside the Demo Flow this should provide the base knowledge needed to explore Guided Flows. More in-depth tutorials for worked examples are available.

Start Screen

This represents your Starting Screen.

Right-clicking your Start step will provide the following options.

Steps

Each intermediary Step can be connected to as many other Steps or Sub-Flows as required, and can be connected to any End Step. They are branching points in your Flow,

Sub-Flow

Sub-Flows allow for nesting within another Step or Option. Here, the Sub-Flow is the 3rd option available on the previous screen, yet links back into the Second Option. Sub Flows cannot have

Linking Steps

By right clicking on a Step, it can be linked to any other Process/Step in the flow.

Page Builder

Each Step also represents a Page, which can be customised with Text and Images alongside the selectable options. On the left hand side, below the Tag is the link to open the Page Builder associated with your current Step.
